#4--- MEET AT THE BEACH...

"thu!! thu!! thu!!" "thu meri!! ri ri" " meh thera!! ra ra", phone rings.

"yeah ARJUN temme".

Arjun:"hey dude siddhu, I need to talk to you. where are you right now?"

Siddhu:"my place bro, whats d matter? any problem?"

Arjun:"nothing serious man, but then , i need to talk a very important matter. I'm coming to your place, get your bike keys along with you. we'll go to the beach, sit there and solve this out".

"ok then ,fine. I'll b der in 5 mins dude", said siddu.

{15 mins later, both the friends were sitting by the shore, a few yards from the place where the waves were striking the land repeatedly}

Siddu:"so tell me Mr.Arjun, whats your problem?"

Arjun:"Bro, my lyfs in a very uncomfortable situation. Whateva i do ,its not goin my way.My thoughts, marks and my confidence are declining day-by-day. I'm not able to concentrate on anything.

Siddu:"pls stop it, dude. whatever you are saying is quite common among all the youth of your age. just stay yourself , do whatever you like and do it confidently, mind you!!

Arjun:"i feel like my parents money is going into waste because of my bad performance in the academics, and given the situation at home, i should be more like supporting the family with my scores and all, but instead i'm making them feel even more concerned about me and my future.

Siddu:"Dude , you are making me an uncle. please stop thinking about all these, the more you think and feel about them , the more you are affected. So kindly, heed my advice, let life be as it is and don't you worry about your future, you'll be fine, i'm sure about that, coz you are atleast thinking and fearing about what may happen to your future while others of your age are just stalking girls and having fun with them, and one more thing, promise me that , you won't bug me again with your youthful fears. Remember that i'm just 25 and not 40"

Arjun: sorry dude, don't feel bad about that. I was in dire straits and full of confusion , and there was no one i could look upto other than you.So i called you, if you feel like i keep bugging you and all ,then thats fine , i'm not gonna bother you again and sorry for everything i did.

(saying this Arjun got up from the sand and started walking back towards the main road)

Siddu: Oh come on ! man, i was just kidding.you can even call me at 2AM to ask me about your doubts without having to woory about my sleep. Is that fine?

(Just then siddu's voice was cut short by a feminine voice in front of Arjun)

aashritha: hey arjun!! how are you??!!!

Arjun: oh!! hii aashritha, i'm good ,what about you?

aashritha: yeah , im fine. So what more? you came along with your girlfriend on this romantic evening to the beach?

Arjun:you need not worry about that, i actually came along with my friend, Siddhu. hey Siddhu, she's aashritha, my friend.

(both of them greeted each other with a handshake, girls in the cosmopolitan cities were getting exposed to the culture outside that they dont mind giving a handshake to the people they just met)

Arjun:hey aashritha!, how about a coffee at CCD?

aashritha:sorry arjun, i'll leave, have some work. Sorry for doing this everytime we meet, but the situations are turining out to be like this all the time, so please dont mind.

Siddhu:no madam, thats fine. your happiness is our priority. you need not worry about this idiot , i'll take care of him.

(she smiles at both of them and looks at her watch and gives a hurried look at arjun)

Arjun: so when are we meeting again?

Aashritha: the first time we met when you asked me a water bottle, our meeting was accidental; the second time at the supermarket, it was accidental;and the third time i.e., today agian it was accidental. so i want Mr.Fate to decide when we both should be meeting again. So until then good bye and take care. bye to you too siddu.

Siddhu: that was a very clever answer, bye bye.

Arjun: byee. see u again.

(getting on to the bike)

Siddhu: So Mr.arjun, whats the matter?

Arjun: nothing dude, she's just a new friend and i cant decide how i can relate to her. so please dont worry , im gonna telll you if there is anything special.

(siddhu drops Arjun at his home and thinks about his friend his life and his girl)
